"Chêne Lasserre" has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. It stands in its own land (3000 sq m) facing south east.

There is a large lounge/dining room, large kitchen, a toilet/shower room and one bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom, one double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds.

The 8m x 4m pool is at the front of the property and there are terraces to the front and rear.

The entire garden is enclosed by a fence with trees & bushes, mainly to keep the deer out, but also helps to keep the children in.

The pool is fitted with a security cover for safety, which must be in place when the pool is not in use. This is a requirement by French law.

At the rear of the house there is a large wooded area, with a picnic table hidden within the shady trees for the times when the sun and heat may be overpowering and you seek a cooler shady spot.

All electricity usage is included in the cost. Linen (towels and teacloths) and bed linen are also included.

Each of the 2 bathrooms has electrical points for shavers, and is equipped with hair dryers.	Utility Room The utility room houses a dishwasher and washing machine. It is also equipped with iron and ironing board if you need to re-invigorate your clothing.	Bedroom 1 Located on the ground floor and has French doors into the front garden. The bedroom has a king size bed with double wardrobe and cupboard space as well as bedside cabinets.
