"Chêne Lasserre" has 4
bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. It stands in its own land (3000 sq m)
facing south east.
There is a large
lounge/dining room, large kitchen, a toilet/shower room and one bedroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs there is a bathroom, one double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single
beds.
The 8m x 4m pool is at the
front of the property and there are terraces to the front and rear.
The entire garden
is enclosed by a fence with trees & bushes, mainly to keep the deer out, but
also helps to keep the children in.
The pool is fitted with a security
cover for safety, which must be in place when the pool is not in use. This
is a requirement by French law.
At the rear of the house there is a
large wooded area, with a picnic table hidden within
the shady trees for the times when the sun and heat may be overpowering and you
seek a cooler shady spot.
All electricity usage is included in the cost. Linen (towels and teacloths) and bed
linen are also included.
Sorry, no smoking in the property.
Sorry, no pets.
The property does NOT have a telephone,
but reception on mobiles is good.

An 8m x 4m pool situated to the
front of the house (south). The pool has a gradient depth of 1.1m to
1.7m. and has a terrace area and 6 pool loungers.

The kitchen is very well equipped and has
electric ceramic hob with an electric oven, a large fridge/freezer and
plenty of cupboard space. There's plenty of equipment even if you
are a cordon bleu chef!!!

The living area is well furnished and
has a TV, CD/DVD player and a selection of music or films and books if you
want a peaceful evening in. |

Area
The dining area is spacious and seats
8 people at the table. It is light and has easy access to the kitchen and
into the rear garden through rear French doors. |

There is a toilet/shower room
on the ground floor, and a bathroom with shower and bath on the upper
floor. Each of the 2 bathrooms has electrical points for shavers, and is equipped
with hair dryers.

and washing machine. It is also equipped with iron and ironing board
if you need to re-invigorate your clothing. |

French doors into the front garden. The bedroom has a king size bed
